Charity Technology Trust has launched ‘DCCM’, its direct debit collection management system for charities.

Charity Technology Trust’s (CTT) new direct debits collection management system will be used to deliver and support its Charity Direct Debits Service, launched in May 2005.

The system has been developed for CTT by one of the UK’s leading providers of payment processing software systems which is certified by BACS and the leading high street banks.

CTT says that DDCM meets three key areas of need for charities. It can enhance supporter care through its ability to access information about any mandate to answer supporter queries efficiently and accurately, and import the relevant date into the supporter databases.

Its management information and reporting functionality can help improve financial control by reconciling direct debit collections and fulfilling the necessary management accounting requirements.

It supports fulfilment by offering the flexibility to handle new paperless mandates and data entry of paper mandates, as well as the transfer of existing mandate files through one integrated system.

William Hoyle, Chief Executive of Charity Technology Trust, said: “I’m delighted that once again CTT is launching a service that offers charities a real step change improvement in efficiency.”
