Cleveland Community Foundation is pleased to report that one of its grants helped the star of the successful film Billy Elliott on his way to success. The Foundation made a grant to Jamie Bell from its Pursuit of Excellence fund to help him develop his acting career. The scheme, unusual in that it can support individuals, helps people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are at a level of national excellence in any field.
