A new recipe book from ChariTable Bookings will see a donation go to one of 7,500 UK charities with every sale.
365 UK chefs and restaurants have donated their signature main dish recipes to ChariTable Bookings for the book, which lets buyers choose the charity the money goes to.
The first edition publication of the ChariTable Bookings Signature Dish recipe book is full of recipes from chefs including John Williams at The Ritz, Marcus Wareing, Pierre Kofmann, Anton Mosimann, Sean Burbridge at The Ivy, Mickael Weiss at Quaglino’s, Tom Kerridge, Jamie Dobbin at The Groucho Club, and Albert Roux.
ChariTable Booking’s 754-page hardback book can be bought via the ChariTable Bookings site and is selling for £40.00. This includes a £5 donation to a charity of the recipient’s choice from a list of over 7,500 UK registered charities.
David Johnstone, CEO & founder of ChariTable Bookings, said:

“We wanted to do something big, that hadn’t been attempted before, bringing together leading UK chefs and restaurants in support of thousands of charities. Each chef’s dish will not only brighten up your table but will help brighten up the lives of people who need our help and support.”

ChariTable Bookings launched last year to benefit charities through restaurant bookings made via its site. Each time a customer books a table through ChariTable Bookings, they can choose one of over 7,500 UK registered charities, to which the restaurant will donate £1 for every diner in the party.
