Trees For Cities chooses Donorfy for CRM
Environmental charity Trees For Cities has selected Donorfy for its CRM solution.
The charity, which has planted over 635,000 trees in 25 cities in the UK and overseas, aims to plant 1 million urban trees by 2020. It had considered a Salesforce-based solution to support its develop, but opted for Donorfy.
Launched in 2015 by charity technology specialists Robin Fisk and Ben Brett, cloud-based Donorfy gives charities instant access to their donor database from any device. Charities pay via monthly subscription, with fees based on the number of supporters in the database. The entry level price for small charities is free.
David Elliott, Chief Executive of Trees For Cities, explained why they chose Donorfy:
“Having an integrated CRM and donor database is essential to Trees For Cities’ work. We had been considering commercial CRM platforms, but the configuration costs were outside of our budgets. We found Donorfy to be surprisingly capable and easy to use. We liked the fact that it is made for charities and ready to use from the outset, so we don’t have to spend as much to get something we can use.”
The charity will be using Donorfy to supports its fundraising from individuals, trusts and companies, as well as managing projects and volunteers.
