Global’s Make Some Noise Day returns for 2016

Global’s charity Make Some Noise is holding its annual Make Some Noise Day on 7th October.
The fundraising event involves all of Global’s radio stations – Heart, Capital, Capital XTRA, Classic FM, Smooth, LBC, Radio X and Gold – and asks their presenters, listeners and celebrities to ‘dress loud’ in their brightest clothes and raise funds to support small projects around the country that help disadvantaged children and young people.

Last year’s event raised over £1.95m and saw celebrities including Elijah Wood, Olly Murs, Ed Sheeran, and Emma Bunton take part, with a range of fundraising activity including presenter challenges, performances, and bake sales at the radio stations and around the country.
