“In this last year of uncertainty, it certainly feels that insight requires, and is starting to take, greater prominence within charities of all shapes and sizes. The work seen in this year’s awards goes a long way to furthering this by highlighting just what using data and insight can achieve, and in showing how we can monitor and evaluate these activities for the greatest effectiveness, as well as develop feedback mechanisms to help us better hear the voice of the supporter.”

On the night, the shortlist for the IoF National Awards 2016 – Best Use of Insight was also announced, The shortlist is made up of six award winners from the core discipline categories of the Insight in Fundraising Awards.
