Localgiving to double donations with #GiveMe5

Localgiving’s next #GiveMe5 campaign takes place on 16th June as part of Small Charity Week.

Localgiving has pledged to double 1,000 £5 donations made on Fundraising Day, which takes place on Thursday 16th June, to help support local charities and community groups. Charities will gain another chance to have their donations matched on the 29th November when LocalGiving will run the campaign again for #GivingTuesday.

On 16th June, each £5 donation made to a participating charity through Localgiving will be placed into a draw to be doubled by an extra £5 of match funding. Donations of other amounts will not be included in the draw and the promotion only applies to one-off donations, and and there is no limit to the amount of match funding any single group may receive.
