Gift Aid income increase of 22% reports BMcAzurri

Gift Aid IT specialists BMcAzurri report that their charity customers saw a 22% increase in Gift Aid income in 2014 compared to the previous year.
The increase was enjoyed by large and small charities amongst the company’s portfolio of over 100 charities. It attributes this to a greater public awareness of the Gift Aid process and having an appropriate IT system in place to maximise Gift Aid opportunities.
Gift Aid income in charity shops has grown, not least because some charities have expanded the number of shops that they run. For example, the Salvation Army has increased its shop numbers by 50% since they implemented BMcAzurri‘s Gift Aid Retail system. The majority of the company’s hospice clients have also expanded their shop numbers by an average of 15%.
