Database to help small funders find promising scientific projects

Howard Lake | 25 November 2014 | News

A new database to help small funders find under-resourced scientific projects has been development by provider ÜberResearch.
The Dimensions for Fundraisers tool covers $750 billion of historic and future spending on scientific research. Small funders with less than $1 million to invest in research can register with the initiative for free to allow them to direct their funds to previously under-funded, yet promising proposals.
Participating organisations can then compare overlaps between grants, proposals and prior awards.
