Three cathedrals choose Harlequin Software

Ripon, Gloucester and Hereford Cathedrals have selected Harlequin CRM and fundraising software to help them generate income. There are now seven cathedrals using the software to fundraise – Gloucester, Hereford, Lichfield, Manchester, Ripon, Sheffield and Worcester.
Harlequin’s software enables the organisations to manage voluntary income, major appeals, admission donations, Gift Aid, volunteers, hospitality and events, and communicate with supporters and congregations.
Tom Ellis, Managing Director of Harlequin, said:
“Cathedrals are developing how they operate, managing multi-faceted campaigns and maximising the use of their unique spaces. Investing in software is much higher on the list of priorities for Chapter members and various trustees who recognise that many aspects of cathedral life can benefit from a robust technical infrastructure.”
Ripon Cathedral replaced their 12 year old Appeal Master system with Harlequin with the aim of all combining all administrative areas of the Cathedral under one system.
