Why Revolutionise?
Ken Burnett, co-founding partner and now communications director, explained what led to Revolutionise as an ‘agency for change and growth’. He said:
“More than two decades ago we could see that relationship fundraising was the right thing to do. Now, over the last five years, we’ve learned precisely how to make it work in practice.
“And we see that, with the right people in the right places, a donor-focussed approach can drive and inspire the whole organisation, not merely donor communications. Unlike the traditional agency model, Revolutionise works with its clients as partners to first define the aim and purpose, then to match and exceed it.”
Alan Clayton, founding partner and now creative director, added:
“Our services now go way beyond those of a traditional agency or consultancy. We work with the leadership of an organisation, from the trustees down, to deliver inspirational, focussed and insightful change; driving organisations with the mission right at the very front….
“The speed of the change and growth that follows is revolutionary, not evolutionary. It’s our clients who Revolutionise.”
Clients
The first charity to work with the agency in its new form is Christian Aid. Other clients include Christian Aid, Oxfam, Canadian Cancer Society, Aids Fonds Nederland, Norges Blindeforbund, PLAN Australia.
