Filling the advertising space for mobile interaction

Howard Lake | 7 January 2014 | Blogs

This campaign by The National Centre for Domestic Violence combines interaction with viewers using their mobile phones and a creative approach to a large amount of advertising space.
The campaign launched on 30 April 2012 on the interactive billboards at Euston Station and was designed to raise awareness about how people can intervene to help put a stop to domestic violence. Passers by are encouraged by the content in the first screen to get involved in the advert by controlling the scene using their mobile phone.
“Use your phone to stop this now” suggests the ad. “Go to www.ncdv.org.uk/stop and drag him away”.
The participant can then slide the man onto adjacent billboards.
The campaign was created by JWT London, produced by Grand Visual and ran on the Agent platform.
