Mike Dixon, Assistant Chief Executive, Citizens Advice explained the appointment. He said: "People's advice and support needs are changing and so is our service. This is the perfect time to make sure that everyone understands who we are, our full range of services and the different ways they can access our help. We're excited to be working with The Good Agency who will help us achieve this."
