12 months of the year bagged by fundraising campaigns

I think it started with Movember, the month-long campaign in November to grow a moustache and raise funds. Now we have Go Sober for October from Macmillan Cancer Care.
These punning fundraising campaign months made me wonder: have all the months of the year been taken up in this manner? I'm well aware that all dates in the calendar have long been commandeered for various charity awareness and fundraising campaigns, whether as a day, a week or a month.
I was wondering if there is a list of these punning month campaigns? So, here is mine. If you can add to it, let me know and I'll credit you of course.
