Bank of Scotland Foundation’s Small Grants Programme open again

The third tranche of funding from the Bank of Scotland Foundation's Small Grants Programme is open for applications. Grants of between £1,000 and £20,000 are available to charities registered in Scotland who help develop and improve communities and address financial literacy and financial inclusion.

Fourteen charities have just received a total of £114,969 from the second tranche of donations this year. Donations include £13,882 to Glasgow based CKUK, £10,000 to Caithness charity Home-Start, £9,880 to Edinburgh charity Music in Hospitals, and £5,805 to Islay & Jura Community Enterprises Ltd.

Applications to the third round of the Small Grants Programme close at 5pm on 15 July 2013, and the fourth round at 5pm on 14 October 2013. The Foundation offers an online eligibility test to help charities decide whether to apply.
