Halfords Autocentres choose BEN as charity partner
Halfords Autocentres has chosen automotive industry charity BEN as its long-term charity partner. As a result over 1,800 of the business’ employees will be encouraged to raise funds for the charity.
The company will be working closely with BEN’s regional support network to devise fundraising ideas and activities that enable its workforce to get involved in the partnership.
Halfords Autocentres Chief Executive Bill Duffy announced the partnership at the company's annual conference earlier this month. He said: "We spent a lot of time looking at different charities and in BEN I believe we have found one that has a good fit with our business and also makes sense to the managers and technicians across the UK who will be bringing this partnership to life."
