CTXchange offers discount to charities on new Microsoft Office

Charity Technology Trust (CTT) is now offering eligible UK charities and not-for-profit organisations the latest edition of Microsoft Office at a steeply discounted rate. The suite of programmes is available to organisations registered with CTT’s technology donation programme, CTXchange. 

Savings for charities

The new Microsoft Office Standard edition is available to eligible charities through CTXchange for an admin fee of £15.

The new Microsoft Office Professional addition is available to eligible charities through CTXchange for an admin fee of £20.

These represent savings of approximately 95% off the commercial list price for the software.

“Having access to the most up-to-date software helps charities to run at optimal efficiency,” said Richard Craig of CTT. “Our partnerships with companies like Microsoft mean we can offer eligible members of our CTXchange programme the advantages that access to the latest technology brings.”

Organisations registered with CTXchange can also request donated upgrades of Windows 8 Professional and Windows 8 Enterprise through CTXchange. These have been available since October 2012.

Charity Technology Trust’s CTXchange programme is available to eligible charities and charitable housing associations, offering them hardware and software products donated by leading brands.
