Freepint has just produced a (free) recording of a recent webinar on “Validating Private Company Research”. You will need to request a password.
The webinar was produced in conjunction with Bureau van Dijk, and is a basic introduction to researching in various jurisdictions. It lasts c 45 minutes. Freepint also provide a (PDF) guide on “Researching Private Companies”, which outlines some of the sources of information available in various jurisdictions. They ask for feedback, so if you have specific issues you would like Freepint to address in future webinars, then let them know.
