Luminate Online is a cloud-based solution that allows charities to integrate all their messages, create and manage fundraising campaigns, process donations and track results all within one platform. Its features include email marketing, fundraising and events, and it allows charities to create fully-branded, personalised communications to supporters via the channel of their choosing, including Facebook and mobile.
US charities already using the Luminate platform have realised increases in fundraising results, improved campaign effectiveness and better supporter engagement. The UK version has been developed to meet the specific needs of UK charities, including UK address look-up and Worldpay payment processing, plus the ability to process Direct Debits and Gift Aid.

Luminate Online also contains Convio TeamRaiser™, a fully branded online event fundraising platform that allows registration, online donations, real-time fundraising reporting, event management, email capability and social media integration to maintain engagement with participants.
The online fundraising, marketing and TeamRaiser elements of Luminate Online are also available separately. TeamRaiser launched in the UK January 2012 with Cancer Research UK using the platform for its Relay For Life event series.
