Added benefits coming for Institute of Fundraising members

The Institute of Fundraising is revamping the package of benefits that its members receive. From 3 October 2011 the 5,300 individual members will receive access to ‘IoF Privilege’.
The package will include the current benefits such as free weekly copies of Third Sector magazine, beneficial rates for IoF Academy training, and discounted ticket prices to National Convention and Institute Conferences.
New benefits include guaranteed discounts on car and home insurance renewals; cash-back at high street stores and supermarkets; discounts on magazine subscriptions, days out, airport parking, UK hotels. eye care, and free dedicated member helplines regarding financial and mortgage enquiries.
Members were told about the forthcoming member benefits in an email from Joan Fisher, Director of Membership Services at the Institute. “Membership of the IoF has never been a more valuable tool for the modern fundraiser”, she said.
