Call for Scottish Convention 2011 presentation proposals

The the Institute of Fundraising Scotland is inviting fundraisers to submit their session proposals for The Scottish Conference 2011 which takes place at the Hilton Glasgow on 25 and 26 October.
The event’s organisers are professional fundraisers acting in a voluntary capacity. They are seeking proposals for sessions to fit the senior stream of Management and Leadership, and the other streams of Individual Giving (incl. Direct Marketing, Legacies, Major Donors); Community and Events; Corporate and Trusts; and Digital Fundraising and Communications.
Chair of the Committee Stuart Glen said: “The Scottish Conference stands out because it is principally experienced fundraisers with a good story to tell, an experience to share or research to disseminate with other fundraisers. We are particularly keen to hear from Scottish charities with excellent fundraising practice to share that can fit in one of our programme streams.”
The closing date for proposals is 1 April 2011. Applicants will be notified by 8 April.
