Eight free places at Institute of Fundraising Scottish Conference 2006

The Institute of Fundraising Scotland, with support from The Think Foundation, is offering eight free places at this year’s Conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow from 31 October – 2 November 2006.

Two of these bursaries are for the full three-day Conference, including accommodation, Ceilidh Night and Awards Dinner, whilst the other six bursaries allow for the three days plus all meals, Awards Dinner and Ceilidh, but do not include overnight accommodation.

This year’s Conference will cover issues including the basics of getting started in fundraising, working with volunteers and making successful grant applications, and the more advanced areas of international fundraising, major gift fundraising and venture philanthropy.
