London, 3rd December, 2010: Zeidman Development release three versions of a Raiser’s Edge customisation to track changes made to data in the widely used fundraising CRM software. The free version logs the deletion of donor records whereas the paid version to varying degrees tracks additions, updates and deletions of donor records, donations, relationships, actions and participants. In each case the value before and after the change is recorded as well as when and by whom.
