Purple Vision, the independent provider of consultancy and training on charity database systems in the voluntary sector, has launched a new database management on demand and bespoke training and consultancy service for users of ProgressCRM. The company already offers the ‘on demand’ service to Raiser’s Edge users, and says that it has proved “very popular with smaller organisations in the current economic environment”.
Purple Vision’s consultants have in-depth experience with several ProgressCRM users, including The Refugee Council, London City Mission and British Polio Fellowship.
Principal ProgressCRM consultant at Purple Vision is Mark Campbell, whose experience includes project managing the implementation of ProgressCRM at the Royal Society of Arts (RSA). He said: “Database Management on Demand is an ideal product for smaller organisations using ProgressCRM. It can be very useful when an administrator leaves or is absent for a period, as Purple Vision provides access to an expert ProgressCRM Database Manager online, over the phone or in person for an agreed fee that is drawn down as and when it is required.”
Purple Vision’s bespoke training and consultancy services for ProgressCRM users cover tasks such as building reports and queries, setting the system up to support direct marketing campaigns, or using the system to drive major donor fundraising.
Campbell addedL “We are not aware of anyone else offering such a flexible ‘on demand’ service for ProgressCRM users, and in the current climate with recruiting so difficult and expensive we think it will prove a really popular service for smaller organisations who need to manage their costs.”
