Where has the time gone?

Harsh reprimands all around as I realise it has been 6 months since I posted here!! bad boy!!

But I do have some justification….

At the time of my last blog I was happily working for a telephone fundraising company. Then, just as we were getting some good business in our parent company decided to close the business down and make 29 of us redundant.

I was finally made redundant on March 6.

The preceding weeks were pretty hectic trying to either buy the business or find another role!!

I was not allowed to do the first and fortunately managed to find the second.

In addition to my consultancy role with 26-01 I have taken on the role of Member Relations Officer for Chelmsford Star Co-operative Society. And the great part about this role is that a third of it involves working with charities and other voluntary organisations helping them raise funds!!

So, I finally have my feet back on the ground and can start to contribute here again once more.
