Amateur Motorcycling Association chooses IRIS Integra

The Amateur Motorcycling Association (AMCA) has selected IRIS Integra, the web-integrated CRM and membership system, to help it generate a centralised membership system to provide better service and support for its Clubs and 6,000 members.
IRIS NFP Solutions is creating the eight user system which is due to go live in the summer of 2009. IRIS Integra is used by around 150 membership organisations and provides a wide range of flexible applications built around a single central database.
Previously AMCA used an interim CRM solution that was installed on a short-term basis while the it investigated the systems being used by sporting and membership associations with similar structures and data requirements.
The Association identified two sporting bodies with broad similarities, the Ramblers and the Amateur Swimming Association, and discovered that they were both IRIS Integra users.
Suzanne Potts, Project Manager at AMCA, commented: “The fact that a large proportion of UK Premier Football Clubs use IRIS Solutions reinforced our decision that IRIS are the right people for us to be working with.”
She added: “One of the biggest benefits of the new system will be that we will be able to profile licence holders accurately. A large number wear several hats and it will be easier to pinpoint riders those who are also stewards, club secretaries and group co-ordinators.
“Any member of the team will be able access background information on individual licence holders without knowing the individual personally. Currently, we are hugely dependent on memory and personal knowledge built up over a period of years.”
