Webmart Charitable Trust invites applications for funding

Howard Lake | 28 November 2008 | News

The Webmart Charitable Trust has funds ready to donate to deserving causes in the UK and abroad.
Print management company Webmart created the Trust as a separate entity, through which half its unearned income is donated to charity.
Typical beneficiaries are educational trusts, micro-businesses and projects where success can be maintained long-term.
Webmart MD Simon Biltcliffe said: “The aim is to create maximum added value to the less able in our society by allowing them to create sustainable financial, intellectual and emotional return enabled by our grants, donations, or loans.”
The Webmart Business School in Ethiopia, an internet café, also in Ethiopia, the Robin House Hospice in Scotland and the North of England Children’s Cancer Research Fund, have all received funding from the Trust.
The Trust, registered charity number 1125349, is now seeking new applications.
