£8m London apartments competition to raise funds for GOSH
MIA Developments Ltd is offering a prize draw to win £8 million worth of 11 serviced apartments in London E1. The annual rental income on the block is “estimated to be over £500,000”.
The company is donating £3 per entry to Great Ormond Street Hospital.
To get one free entry to the draw you have to buy a 4GB MP4 Player for £60.
The maximum number of entries to the draw will be 200,000 “so the chance of winning is 1 in 200,000.”
The competition depends on attracting 200,000 entries. If that is not reached then the company states it has the option of extending the deadline for up to three months. “If at that point we still have not reached our goal, we will do a cash draw and the winner will receive the total amount of money received instead of winning the property”.
At present there are 53 entries.
