IFC bursary winner donates to give another fundraiser the same opportunity

At last week’s International Fundraising Congress in Holland I met the winners of this year’s bursaries which enable fundraisers who otherwise might not be able to afford the fees to attend the Congress.
One of the winners was Susan Nanjobe Kisitu, Executive Director of the Uganda Society for Disabled Children.
In our interview she explains how she applied for the bursary and what it will mean to her and her organisation.
Indeed, she has been so impressed with the Congress that she has donated to the Fundraisers Fund herself to help another fundraiser attend next year’s Congress.
