Diabetes UK has released a short, quirky viral film called ‘The Bendy Bus’, aimed at educating people about Type 1 diabetes.
The one-minute clip aims to dispel common myths about the condition and features both actors and youngsters with diabetes. It shows schoolkids on a bus and their reaction to a teenage boy with diabetes who needs to inject himself with insulin.
Although the film is aimed at young people, it is designed to be shared among family and friends, You can help spread the message by downloading a link to the video onto your mobile phone by texting BUS to 84383.
