DSC announces new charging structure for governmentfunding.org.uk

Howard Lake | 22 March 2008 | News

The Directory of Social Change (DSC) is to introduce charges to larger charities which use its Voluntary and Community Sector Funding Portal at governmentfunding.org.uk. Only organisations with a turnover of less than £500,000 will continue to enjoy free access, due to support from the Cabinet Office.
The site has offered access to information about statutory funding at no charge since 29 September 2003.
Organisations with a turnover of greater than £500,000 will be required to pay from 1 April 2008. A single user license for the site is £75 for voluntary organisations, and £110 for statutory and commercial organisations.
The Cabinet Office will be commissioning a new and additional service over the coming year.
