PURE wins UNICEF UK's inbound telephone account

Telephone fundraising agency PURE has won the contract to manage all of UNICEF UK’s inbound donation calls.
As well as planned appeals, UNICEF UK occasionally needs to launch emergency appeals, so the volume of calls handled can vary considerably.
Jon Eserin, PURE’s Strategy and Development Director said: “Pure outsource and project manage all inbound activity via our partner agency. To us, it is the ideal combination of our consistent focus on quality, coupled with the capabilities of a large capacity inbound call centre”.
UNICEF UK join over 60 other UK charities that work with PURE.
