Action Aid International – India chooses ProgressCRM

Howard Lake | 23 November 2007 | News

The India office of Action Aid, the international charity which works with poor and excluded people to eradicate poverty, has chosen fundraising database ProgressCRM from Fisk Brett to manage its fundraising activities.

This is the latest Action Aid office to select ProgressCRM. Its counterparts in Bazil and Sweden already use the software.

Bangalore-based Alice Andrew said: “Our focus is on the rights of India’s most marginalised communities: Dalit and indigenous people, rural and urban poor, women, children and minorities. ProgressCRM will help with our contact management and fundraising initiatives to help these groups who face an acute lack of access to and control over resources, services, and institutions”.
