Alzheimer's Society wins DesignIT competition

Said Dajani at The Alzheimer’s Society has won the Microsoft DesignIT competition for the charity’s ‘Memories are made of this’ project.

The Alzheimer’s Society win support from a team of Microsoft technical specialists who will work with them to implement the system.

• John Carnell: Bullying Online – ‘The future of charity web services’
• Robert Cheeseman: Global Action Plan – ‘CO to zero’
• Bill Ayers: Global Action Plan – ‘Carbon calculator’

Each runner-up will receive £1,000 worth of Microsoft consultancy and £1,000 worth of Microsoft software for the charity named on their winning entry.

All five finalists will receive a ticket to IT Forum 2007 in Barcelona.
