Does your charity have any 10-year-old fundraisers who deserve recognition? Five News is planning to feature children who have “done something amazing,” and in particular those who have fundraised for a charity.

Five News is planning a series of stories to celebrate the TV channel’s 10th birthday. They are planning to feature 10-year-old children who have “done something amazing”, and in particular are looking for 10-year-olds who have spent a lot of time raising money for children.

“We’d love to met with them and their family, to talk about what inspired them” said Emma Slifkin of Five News. “Perhaps they or a loved one have been touched by a particular disease, or maybe they just want to help the charity.

“If the child has an activity planned to raise money, then we’d love to come along and film it,” she added.

The company are planning to film the selected children at the beginning of March.

If you would like to propose such a child, no doubt with parental permission, then contact Emma Slifkin on 020 7800 2705.
