Children's charity launches first fundraising campaign

NCH Northern Ireland is kicking off its first ever fundraising campaign in the region with a musical quiz based on Never Mind the Buzzcocks. While this is NCH’s first fundraising venture in Northern Ireland the organisation has been running services there since 2000.

‘Never Mind the Business’ has already raised £135,000 for NCH in Scotland and they hope that it will prove successful in Northern Ireland. NCH fundraiser Arlene Creighton says they are selling corporate tables for the event at £800 in the Ramada Hotel on 1st March.

Nationally NCH has a turnover of over £200 million and raises around 10 per cent of that figure from voluntary income.
