Free grants training on offer

The University of Ulster is offering a free free grants training: an all day training course called ‘Improving Effectiveness in Grant Applications’. The training day is on Monday 11th December and it will be delivered by Trevor Gill, an experienced trainer and fundraising consultant.
The training course, which will take place at the university’s York Street campus, will cover topics such as researching funders, establishing personal links, a guide to writing applications and constructing a budget.
The course will draw on criteria laid down by existing grant givers in the public and philanthropic fields.
