nfpSynergy surveys HQ v regional office relationships

Howard Lake | 4 June 2006 | News

nfpSynergy has designed a survey to explore the relationships between those working in charities’ headquarters and the regional offices.

Regional barons or central dictators?
NfpSynergy’s survey asks if there are any successful approaches that work in achieving the balance between central strategy and regional or local autonomy in charities. And how do charities avoid the mutual disrespect that permeates too many charities’ regional structures?

NfpSynergy believe that this is the first survey of its kind in the charity sector. Those working in or have ever worked in the headquarters or a regional office of a charity are encouraged to take part in the survey.

The survey should about five to ten minutes to complete.
