TimeBank shortlisted for website and integrated campaign awards from PR institute

TimeBank has been confirmed as one of three charities to be short-listed in two categories for the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Awards 2006.

TimeBank’s website was one of the top ten Yahoo! Finds of the Year in 2005 and was selected as a ‘cream of the crop’ site in a Guardian poll in 2004. The website was revamped and given a new look to celebrate the charity’s 5th anniversary in October 2005.

The Get On Board campaign encouraged younger professionals and more people from ethnic minorities to become charity trustees, achieving widespread coverage in national, regional, trade and ethnic media. The charity also formed a media partnership with the Ethnic Media Group, publishers of New Nation and Eastern Eye.
