Blackbaud and CCR Data offer joint data enrichment service

Sofware and related service provider Blackbaud, Inc. is partnering with mailing house and Royal Mail-accredited data bureau CCR Data to offer a new service to help charities cut mailing costs by reducing the amount of wasted mail.

The companies’ joint service, MailWise Data Enrichment Services, is designed to enable organisations to communicate more efficiently with their constituents. By reducing the cost of wasted mail and by retaining contact with donors who have relocated, organisation’s direct marketing activities should prove more effective.

Edward Spicer, CCR Data’s managing director, said: “The not-for-profit sector can really benefit from the cost savings that data enrichment provides, and we believe that the solution Blackbaud offers provides the flexibility and support that these organisations, both large and small, need when undertaking this type of work.”
