Flight Centre partners with British Heart Foundation

The British Heart Foundation has been nominated as charity of the year for 2006 by high street travel retailer, Flight Centre.
550 Flight Centre staff in 85 stores are aiming to raise £30,000 for the foundation through a series of activities from sponsored bike rides to fun runs. Staff will also fundraise through involvement in the UK Corporate Games 2006 and Flight Centre UK Awards Ball.
The Brirish Heart Foundation is the largest independent funder of heart research in this country. The Foundation also plays an important role in funding education, both of the public and of health professionals, and in providing cardiac equipment and support for rehabilitation and patient care.
