Dialog Services adopts Ultimus workflow automation software

Dialog Services, part of the fundraising support company Dialog Group, has selected the Ultimus BPM (business process management) suite of software, to regulate donation mandate processes initiated by fundraisers in the field.

Dialog Services’s work with street, door-to-door, and telephone fundraisers includes helping them track the success of their respective donation mandates, including regular direct debits, and providing professional customer care.

Before implementing the Ultimus BPM Suite, Dialog Services had to handle large volumes of new mandates on scanned paper that were difficult to manage and validate. Each charity with which they worked had its own way of keying, storing, managing, and tracking the data, making it difficult to maintain data quality in a common data repository.

The Ultimus BPM Suite centralised and streamlined key processes to help resolve these difficulties and streamline the process.

“The Ultimus BPM Suite has proven to be the ideal solution for processing and tracking mandates, facilitating multimedia campaigns, and providing auditing capabilities,” said David Clark, Managing Director of Dialog Services. “The implementation of a service portal through Ultimus allows for fast and efficient service request execution, and centralised control of services by remote fundraisers.”
