The National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) has published a third edition of its finance publication, The Good Financial Management Guide. This newly updated guide to financial management in the voluntary sector is appropriate for all voluntary and community organisations — from those with dedicated finance teams to ones with no specialist staff.
The book covers a series of issues including organisation structure, budgeting, resource management, accounts and tax.
