New CEO for Blackbaud

Marc Chardon, a senior Microsoft executive, is to become the new President and CEO of Blackbaud, the software and technology services provider to nonprofits.

An executive with Microsoft since 1998, Mr. Chardon has served as CFO of Microsoft’s $11 billion Information Worker Business since 2003. In this role, he has been responsible for developing a sustainable growth strategy and plan for the business, which includes Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, LiveMeeting and other related products.
