SmallFRI features Esmee Fairbairn Foundation's new programme

Howard Lake | 6 June 2005 | News

SmallFRI, the funding information email service for small or new organisations from Profunding, has featured details of the Esmee Fairbairn Foundation’s new guidelines on funding.
SMALLfri reports that grants are available to organisations throughout the UK “with various provisos” across four priorities: Arts & Heritage; Education; Environment; Social Change through Enterprise and Independence.
SMALLfri comments that “the Trustees prefer to consider work which others may find hard to fund, perhaps because it breaks new ground, appears too risky, requires core funding, or needs a more unusual form of financial help such as a loan.
SMALLfri is the low cost email funding bulletin from FundingInformation covering news on grants and National Lottery funding twice a month. It is designed for small organisations with less experience of fundraising or grantseeking and/or with an annual turnover of £50,000 or less. It costs £100 + VAT for a yearly subscription.
