Prince Charles becomes patron of new holistic cancer care charity

The Prince of Wales has accepted an invitation to become the patron of Walk the Walk.
Walk the Walk was established in 1997 by Nina Barough and has since raised over £15 million for breast cancer research and holistic cancer care. The charity has become famous for its many thousands of supporters wearing decorated bras as they power walk their way round marathons all over the world.
The Prince first met Nina in 2001, when she and a team from Walk the Walk, dressed in decorated bras, power walked through the Gloucester countryside to Highgrove where they enjoyed tea in the garden with The Prince.

The Prince is President or Patron of around 360 organisations.
