JA Computer Solutions Ltd have today launched Zebsoft, an Internet-only based division providing software packages to charities and membership organisations.

Zebsofts products will be marketed under the ‘Made Easy’ brand and will consist of:

All three are written using Microsoft Access and are supplied with a comprehensive manual and reporting tool. Zebsoft is making them available on a 30-day try-before-you-buy basis.

Donors Made Easy and Members Made Easy are aimed at the smaller organisations that need a database or organisations that cannot afford a large database and are building their donor base.

Alan Owen, Managing Director of JA Computer Solutions Ltd said: “All organisations that need a Fundraising or Membership database can now benefit from our expertise at a low cost. Both packages are single user with unlimited supporters for only £100.00 + VAT.”

Support is handled via an online forum where registered users will get unlimited access via a user name and password. For telephone support, a premium rate number is also available.

Jennifer Owen, Sales Director of JA Computer Solutions Ltd added: “Since the change in club legislation and licensing, all clubs (social, golf etc) who serve alcohol will be required to keep details of their members and their payments. Members Made Easy is the ideal solution for these organisations. In fact, any membership organisation that sends mailings and charges a fee for membership can now benefit from an easy to use database.”

Assets Made Easy is designed to help a voluntary organisation manage all its assets and flag up any areas which are under-insured. It logs all items, assigns them to a policy and provides schedules. For larger organisations that need off site storage, Zebsoft are offering a version which will allow an organisation to store all insurance details on a secure Zebsoft server, so in the event of a major disaster, full details can be retrieved by Zebsoft.
