Northern Ireland based contact centre Anderson Manning Associates are to expand their warehouse operation to 36,000 sq ft and pallet storage of 5,000.

This expansion will allow the agency to introduce new processes to be implemented including real time stock control and information. Call centre operators will be able to take orders, input the information to their PC and the customer will then be allocated a product that warehouse staff will dispatch.

Fintan Bradley, Marketing Director of AMA said: “We are now in effect a ‘one-stop’ service; looking after sales, order processing, financial transactions, storage, packaging, dispatch and after-sales service.”

AMA was launched in 1993 as a call centre and now offers a total fulfilment service employing over 250 staff working out of two centres.
