Fight for Sight appoints The Communications Agency

Fight for Sight has appointed The Communications Agency (TCA) to produce a major campaign following a three-way pitch.

TCA will develop a campaign aimed at raising the profile of the charity and the work it does as well as developing existing and new streams of fundraising.

In June TCA produced the “Give a Few Bob Campaign” for the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation, which used the name and image of the late comedian Bob Monkhouse to good effect.

Annu Mayor, Fundraising Director of Fight for Sight, said: “One of our proudest achievements has been a donation of £1 million to fund a dedicated research floor at the new children’s eye centre at Moorfields Eye Hospital. None of this money comes from the government – all of it comes from our supporters”.

Fight for Sight is committed to providing over £5 million in grants to over 50 eye research projects across the UK.
