Plan chooses Mediasurface for Web content management

International child-centred development organisation Plan has chosen Morello from Mediasurface to manage its Web sites.
Plan selected Newbury-based Mediasurface, one of the leading content management providers, to help it centralise the way the content of its global Web sites is managed. Plan will use it to create a central platform for its network of offices and agencies in 54 countries to develop and manage their Web sites, and move away from the current position of each organisation developing a separate Web presence.
In addition the Mediasurface solution will help manage the flow of information from Plan’s programme countries and provide a central store for stories and images, which can then be used by other national organisations.

Launched earlier this year, Morello is, says Mediasurface, “the first smart client desktop application for content management and has an intuitive, graphical interface”.
